Mark S. Frisina
President

Mark has been with Insights Direct since January of 2002. Prior to ID, Mark spent 15 years as an advertising sales and sales management executive for Verizon Directory Services Group. As a sales leader, Mark was responsible for $120 million in annual sales revenue, an operating budget of $12 million, and a staff of 120 sales executives. Also during his tenure at Verizon, Mark served as the Director of Administration, where he managed all administrative functions for advertising processing, was responsible for an annual budget of $7 million, and led a staff of 340 employees. At ID, Mark has applied his experience to reshape and reformat the company sales strategy, including the product line, value proposition, marketing approach, and sales processes. Mark received a B.A. in Speech Communication from Penn State University and his MBA in Marketing from Villanova University. Mark has also attended Executive Management courses at The Wharton School of Business.
Aubrey Dirkes
VP, Strategic and Creative Services
The services Aubrey provides clients are as diverse as his background. With more than 10 years of experience creating advertising, marketing and public relations campaigns for a number of household names, he brings a passion for affecting consumer behavior — whether through frequent shopper programs, driving traffic to health screenings or new store openings. Aubrey makes sure that we start with your "big-picture" volume objectives and then breaks the challenge down by strategic area so that our efforts integrate response-driven marketing pieces into the existing framework of your marketing plan. When the solution calls for break-through creative, that’s what you get. When it calls for cost-effective attention getters, that’s what you’ll get. Whether it is straight cause and effect or within a multi-tiered distribution network, the solution will drive business where you need it, in an easily accepted manner. Aubrey holds a BA in International Relations and Economics from the University of Delaware and an MBA in Marketing from Villanova University. He loves to travel and lived in New York, Washington, DC, Kansas City, St. Louis, and Norway before settling down on Philadelphia’s Main Line, but he still thinks of himself as a native New Yorker and loves that he walks to work. When he isn’t playing with his kids, cooking, or reading you’ll likely find him on the golf course.
Duane Malm
Product Development
Duane was founder of Consulting Associates, which specialized in starting new ventures for large national and international companies such as Kraft, DuPont, Unilever and C Itoh. Duane also founded several smaller companies including Directory Dividends and Insights Unlimited whose focus was marketing to new residents. He continues to be involved in strategic planning and product development for Insights Direct. Duane is a graduate of Yale University and the Harvard Business School.
